No you can not have Single Email ID for multiple profile. It has to be unique for each profile.
Can I have one single Mobile Number for multiple profile ?
No you can not have One Single Mobile Number for multiple profile. It has to be unique for each profile.
I did my registration, but my profile does not show up online ?
Every new profile will be validated by our ADMIN (Backend Team) and upon activation, your profile will be visible to all ! Verification of profiles is done manually. Our support team checks each and every profile carefully for any invalid or incorrect information and also candidates are contacted over the phone for confirmation of authority. You will get a notification once the profile is active !
Can I upload my photograph?
You have the option of uploading your photograph on My Profile Page. You can upload a maximum of three photographs.
How do I upload Horoscope ?
We have an exclusive interface to key in your horoscope details. Login to your Matrimony account and click Manage Horoscope.
In case if candidate & Parents address are different then whose address we should write ?
Under such scenario you should write candidate address (not parents address) where he/she resides.
Can I edit all my details ?
At any time, you can update your profile by clicking Modify My Profile button . However you can not change your email ID, after signup.
I see a tab called MY MATCHES, What's the use of it ?
My Matches fetches the profiles matching your partner preferences that you keyed in while registering your profile. Its dynamically updated
Can I shortlist/bookmark a Profile ?
Yes, you can ! Its an useful feature to make a note of the interested profiles. You need to be logged in to use the shortlist feature.
How do I delete Shortlisted profiles?
Login using your matrimonial "User ID" and "Password". Click on the "Shortlisted Profiles". You could view and delete the Bookmarked members !
I do not see search option after My profile registration ?
It means your profile is under review and once it will be approved by Quality Control Team, you will see SEARCH option. If you are logged in, then just logged out and re-login to see SEARCH Option.
How do I change my password?
After logging into your account, click on the change password link. The system will ask for your old password and then the new one then login with your new password.

If you are new to SahyogJeevansathi and you want to try our databank then you can do it with small amount and later if you find it satisfactory then surely you can go for any higher membership like COMFORT, LUXURY, ELITE or CUSTOM.
Do you provide Top Up contacts if my balance will get exhausted, but my membership is Active ?
Yes we do provide Top Up at extra charges depending of type of membership you have opted. You do not get top up in Try Before Buy. You need to buy additional 1 contact at the same rate. However for COMFORT membership you need to buy contact in multiple of ten which will cost you for Rs. 1250. In LUXURY you need to buy contacts in multiple of ten which will cost you for Rs. 900.
Can I upgrade or downgrade membership ?
You can neither downgrade or upgrade membership till its expiry.
What is Elite Membership / Custom Plan ?
Under Elite Membership we shortlist candidate and send you data on your phone without contact details of the candidate. If you approve then we talk to selected candidate and we send them your profile to them and do follow ups on your behalf. If you wish we support you right from fixing meeting, book venue for meeting, etc. Extra charges will be applicable which depend upon type of premises you select for meeting.
Under Elite membership your biodata will not be visible to other people, but you can view bio data of regular member (Free, Try Before Buy, Comfort & Luxury Members). However you can not see bio data of other Elite Members. As we said earlier, we will send you elite bio data without contact details.
How many contact details we can see under Elite Membership ?
Under Elite Membership you will be able to see 75 biodata and 5 to 7 (We do not give any guarantee for number of Elite biodata) Elite Members data we will send you without contact details.
What are the charges for Elite Membership / Custom Plan ?
It depends on many criteria, so we can decide at the time when you speak to our representative.
I do not know computer, we wish that SahyogJeevansathi should send us bio data on email or WhatsApp, then do you provide such services ?
Yes. We do provide for which you need to take custom plan. Under this option we will decide number of bio data we will send you per annum and charges for the same. Under such custom plan we will register your bio data on your behalf, we will search candidate for you and same will be sent to you via Email or WhatsApp with contact details. You need to be very specific in your preference. 75 Contacts will be provided during membership. If your preference will be very strict (rigid) then we may not be able to provide you profile as per your preference.
You need to be lenient in caste, Jain and non Jain food (only veg food), religion. However we do not expect leniency at Professional Career, Education and Geo Location.

Sometimes I get Invalid Data Error ?
Please do not use comma after each address line. After each address line please press Enter key.
Sometimes I get logged out automatically or in half way I get logged out by the system ?
In technical language it is called session time out. As you know form is little big, so just do registration with minimum information, then after login to your account and add/edit additional information. For security reason we logged you out automatically from the system if there is no activity from your keyboard for more than 3 minutes.
How can I upgrade my Free membership to paid?
We provide various options for upgrading your membership. You can login to your matrimony account page and click upgrade button. Choose the right package for you, which will lead you to the payment page. You will be provided with various options for payment.
Can I make an Online Payment of Membership?
Yes. You can make online payment of membership. You can use one of the methods to do online payment.
